Abstract
เป้าหมายที่ 14 ภายใต้เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) ได้ระบุสาระสำคัญไว้คือ “อนุรักษ์และใช้ประโยชน์จากมหาสมุทรและทรัพยากรทางทะเล เพื่อการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน” ครอบคลุมประเด็นต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับมหาสมุทร ทะเลและทรัพยากรทางทะเล ซึ่งการท่องเที่ยวทางทะเลถือว่าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งอันจะช่วยให้เป้าหมายบรรลุความสำเร็จได้ บทความนี้มุ่งแสดงให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของสมรรถนะมัคคุเทศก์และรวบรวมแหล่งสารสนเทศบนเว็บไซต์ที่ส่งผลต่อเป้าหมายที่ 14 ของ SGDs อันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะมัคคุเทศก์ โดยมัคคุเทศก์หรือบุคคลทั่วไปที่สนใจประกอบอาชีพมัคคุเทศก์ทางทะเลสามารถค้นคว้าข้อมูลที่สำคัญอันจะช่วยส่งเสริมสมรรถ นะมัคคุเทศก์ให้สามารถดำเนินการนำเที่ยวทางทะเลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
